(John Kulpa, 1989), this fast growing, medium size (19 inches high by 40 inches wide) plant has greenish-white medial variegations and a somewhat upright growth habit. The leaves are moderately corrugated, wavy and slightly shiny. Lavender flowers bloom from late July into August. It sets seeds but the viability was undetermined at the time of registration.
(Dr. Leonard Jones, 2005), a sport of H. 'Striptease', the foliage is medium to dark green with a bright yellow marginal variegation which changes to light green later in the season. This cultivar forms a large size (20 inches high) mound of slightly wavy, smooth textured foliage of average substance. It bears pale lavender flowers from mid-July into August.
